TWO more men have been arrested in connection with the murder of Matalan shop manager, Jamie Simpson, bringing the total number of arrests to five.

A 21-year-old man was being quizzed by detectives today (Thursday) about the death of the 33-year-old who was stabbed in the neck as he cashed up the Easter Saturday takings at the store in Dalston's Kingsland shopping centre.

He was arrested after he voluntarily attended a north London police station by appointment.

Another 21-year-old man, arrested on Tuesday in connection with the death and attempted robbery at the store, has been bailed until a date in late May.

It follows the arrests last week of a 26-year-old man and two men in their mid 20's, who were all bailed to return to Hackney police station in late May.

A £40,000 reward has been offered by the shop chain to help police catch the killers.
