Ridley Road Market is set to get “commodity regulations” – stopping neighbouring traders from flogging the same stuff.
The town hall has worked with the market’s traders’ association (RRMTA) on the new structure to improve the range of offerings to shoppers and stop traders selling the same goods from setting up next to or opposite one another.
A consultation with traders on the proposals finished on Monday.
The Gazette would like to hear from traders and shoppers on the plans. Contact Sam on 020 7433 0104 or email sam.gelder@archant.co.uk.
