Jewellery, clothes, handbags and beauty products are some of the goods on sale at a Christmas market run only by female entrepreneurs.

The women are all part of the NOI Club – which means “we” in Italian. It was founded by Paola Garbini to create a community where women can share their expertise. Some 20 of them including Happy Dogs, Otentikcare, Jet Candy and Stella and Dot will be exhibiting at the market on Saturday from 11am to 7pm at the Curtain Hotel and in Shoreditch.

Ms Garbini said: “A different Christmas market shopping experience awaits, powered by kindness, designed to empower female business owners and to give you the chance to make a small business owner’s day and tick a few items off of your Christmas shopping list. In the words of Seth Godin: ‘People do not buy goods and services but relations, stories and magic’ and when it comes to Christmas Markets this could truly become a mantra for all brands who have something special to share.”
