Following the letter from Jennette Arnold (Gazette, April 26), I write to comment on the lovely picture you included with it.
I am not surprised that she is smiling while using her Oyster card and extolling its benefits to us as she receives a free Oyster card (zones one to six) on top of her £50,000 a year from the Greater London Authority.
Maybe she should pay for her own travel, therefore cutting her dependency on our contributions to the Greater London Authority and giving more help to low-income Londoners, like me.
