Police are becoming “increasingly concerned” about a missing schoolgirl.
Roche Hector-McQueen had been due to pick up her brother from an after-school club, but she told him to tell their father she may be late, and she never returned home. She has been missing since 5.45pm yesterday (Weds).
The 15 year old, of Rochford Walk, London Fields, is described as black, 5ft 5in tall, with a ponytail worn to one side. She was last seen wearing her Bridge Academy school uniform - a purple blazer, sky blue and purple tie, grey shirt and black tights. She was wearing a grey hooded top under her blazer and may be carrying a purple “MacKenzie” bag.
Anyone with any information should call Hackney Missing Persons unit on 020 7275 3404, or call 101, the Met’s new non-emergency number.
