Hackney police are appealing for help to find an elderly dementia sufferer who has not been seen or heard from since he last spoke with his daughter three days ago.

Ealow Bagot, 85, chatted with his daughter by telephone at 9pm on July 12, but he did not answer the phone when she called him the next day, and was not at home when she visited. Mr Bagot suffers from dementia and may be confused.

He is described as black, 5ft 9ins tall, of very slim build with short grey hair, and he uses a walking stick and wears his Freedom Pass on a lanyard around his neck.

He is known to frequent the London Bridge area.

Anyone with information about Mr Bagot’s whereabouts is asked to contact Hackney police via 101.
