Police figures show the number of drivers who use mobile phones behind the wheel is on the rise.

The habit has resulted in fatal road accidents, yet RAC research published last week showed a third of people admit to using a hand-held phone while driving.

If you’ve been affected by this, or other bad driving, email emma.youle@archant.co.uk or call 020 7433 0122.

Or why not vote in our anonymous online poll.
