All things apple-tastic are going on at Mabley Green today, for Apple Day.
Free activities for families are taking place, like face painting, learning how to make apple bird feeders and seed bombs, apple pressing and apple bobbing.
Organisers from the Mabley Green User Group will be on hand to discuss which varieties of trees and fruits to plant in February, for the edible garden which is planned there.
They will also be asking for comments on the design of the park which will be amended once feedback has been given.
The event takes place at Mabley Green, off Homerton Road, from noon to 3pm.
