Over 6,000 people turned up for the live music and street performances held within 10 venues along the stretch and on two outdoor stages.

Festival organiser Bayo Alaba, director of The Distinct Group, said: “We really couldn’t have done it without everyone in our team, our sponsors, all of the venues involved, promoters, artists, performers, security and most importantly, the people who turned up and created amazing vibes all day long.”

He also thanked the Hackney Council, the fire brigade and the police.

“They trusted us and I hope we repaid them by helping showcase some of the creative DNA of the borough.”
