A blues bar is urging soul sisters and misters to audition for its new gospel choir, launching at the end of August.
The auditions will take place on Tuesday, at the Blues Kitchen, in Curtain Road, Shoreditch.
The choir will headline the bar’s Gospel Sunday project and will perform an eclectic mix of authentic old school blues as well as exciting covers of current chart toppers.
Gospel Sundays will launch on August 31 and run every Sunday except for bank holidays.
