The East End Trades Guild has launched an “all or nothing” crowdfunding campaign to recruit small businesses as members ahead of Small Business Saturday.
Firms have until Monday to join through the Spacehive campaign, and those that do will feature on a brand new map of businesses in the area used to boost Christmas trade. The EETG has recently helped small businesses fight for fair rents and rates from Transport for London and Network Rail.
The guild and its 250 plus members launched their most ambitious campaign yet this year, the Affordable Workspace Manifesto, which compiles detailed information on workspace rents across east London. It will soon be accessible through a new app being designed.
Board member and director of Tatty Devine, Rosie Wolfenden, said: “The EETG is building momentum and becoming a powerful resource and platform.”
