Tottenham have agreed a deal to sell their young midfielder Paul-Jose M’Poku back to his former club, Belgian outfit Standard Liege.
The 19-year-old, who left Liege to join Spurs’ academy in June 2008, has never appeared for the Lilywhites’ first team.
However, he was named on the bench for an FA Cup replay against Bolton at White Hart Lane in February 2010 – which Harry Redknapp’s side won 4-0.
The Belgian Under-19 international spent last season on loan with League One outfit Leyton Orient, making 35 appearances for Russell Slade’s side and playing in both of the FA Cup fifth-round ties against Arsenal.
