A health charity focusing on Irish people in London are holding drop-in health checks and advice sessions.

The next Mind Yourself session is scheduled for 11.30am for two hours on November 7 at the Auld Shillelagh, in Stoke Newington Church Street.

Claire Barry, director of Mind Yourself said: “We know many people are reluctant to go to their doctor and often don’t get timely advice. We know where Irish people socialise, so we can give people advice and help.”
