The Belgian was forced off in the Champions League semi-final first leg, but is fit to feature at Johan Cryuff Arena
Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino will be able to select Jan Vertonghen again after he has now recovered from the sickening head injury he sustained in the Champions League semi-final first leg tie with Ajax.
The 32-year-old was forced off after 39 minutes of the 1-0 defeat following a clash with Toby Alderweireld and opposition goalkeeper Andre Onana.
Vertonghen almost fainted at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and was helped from the pitch by his boss and missed last Saturday's Premier League game at AFC Bournemouth.
He is now back and available for selection though, but will wear a face mask to protect his nose which was cut following the collision last week.

Given Davinson Sanchez is out with a thigh injury, Vertonghen is expected to start against his former club.
The Belgian will feature alongside Alderweireld and Christian Eriksen, who also enjoyed a huge amount of success with Ajax.

Spurs will be without numerous other players, however, with Harry Kane (ankle), Harry Winks (groin) and Vincent Janssen (ineligible) not part of the squad.
Kane did join Sanchez out in Amsterdam, but they will be there for morale support only it seems.
Erik Lamela could finally make a return after not playing for Tottenham since March with a hamstring injury.
The Argentinian has returned to training alongside Serge Aurier (hamstring), but the Ivory Coast captain is not fit enough to face Ajax.
With Aurier absent and Kieran Trippier struggling for form, there seemed a chance Juan Foyth could earn a starting berth at right-back.
However, the youngster may have ruined his chances with an awful challenge at Dean Court which saw him earn a deserved straight red.
Tottenham attacker Heung-min Son also received his marching orders during the 1-0 loss at the Cherries, but he will start at Johan Cryuff Arena this evening.
He missed the first leg due to suspension and given this could be his final match of the campaign, the South Korean will be desperate to impress and make amends.
Lucas Moura will likely join him up front and Spurs will hope the pair can cause the Eredivisie side problems as they look to overturn a one-goal deficit.
