A terrorist suspect was arrested at an unnamed address in Hackney this morning.
The 21-year-old was detained at about 6am on suspicion of assisting another to commit acts of terrorism, or engaging in any conduct for the committing of such acts, by facilitating another to travel abroad.
Police were searching the residential address in Hackney as the Gazette went to press.
The man was taken to a central London police station.
