Batman, Zoro and Luigi from Super Mario were among the superheroes emulated by superstore staff in a bid for charity.
The workers at Tesco in Morning Lane pulled off the stunt to raise £1,200 for the charity Cancer Research UK.
“Customers were enjoying it and the little kids loved it, they were having their pictures taken with them, it created a good buzz in the community,” said duty manager Shahid Elahi.
