Tickets are on sale for the Hackney Fireworks display, which will bring a riot of colour and music to Clissold Park on November 4.
Tickets are on sale for Clissold Park’s annual display, which will bring a riot of colour and music to Stoke Newington on November 4.
This year’s theme is “The Movies” – and those attending are encouraged to dress up as their favourite characters. Having possibly forgotten about the crimewave involving sinister armed clowns last year, the council has suggested visitors might like to dress as “Elsa from Frozen, Ron from Harry Potter or a spooky clown”.
Tickets cost £7.50 for adults and £2.50 for children who live in the borough, and £8.50 and £3.50 respectively for non-residents.
The council’s community chief Cllr Feryal Demirci said: “Hackney’s ‘pyromusical’ is one of the highlights in the borough’s social calendar, bringing a magical atmosphere to Clissold Park as the winter nights set in.”
The 20-minute display starts at 7.30pm. Click here for tickets.
