A pedestrian has been seriously injured in a collision with a cyclist in Kingsland High Street, Dalston, this morning (Friday).
The 37-year-old man was knocked unconscious in the crash, which happened shortly before 10.15 am near the junction with Abbott Street.
Paramedics took him to the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel in a serious condition.
A spokeswoman for the London Ambulance Service said he had been unconscious when emergency services arrived but later came round. His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
