Hackney Homes is offering volunteers the chance to sign up and have their say on their performance.
As part of the Tenant’s Scrutiny Panel, participants give up a few hours every three months to work with other residents to check how well the council’s arms length management organisation is doing in key areas like cleaning and repairs.
You don’t have to take Hackney Homes’ word for it, as you can test services anonymously to see if improvements have been made.
