Paramedics rush woman to Homerton Hospital with suspected back injury

A woman cyclist was taken to hospital this morning after being injured in a collision with a car at a junction in Mare Street.

The woman, believed to be about 30 years old, suffered a suspected back injury in the crash, which happened at about 9.50am at the Bayford Street turning, South Hackney.

London Ambulance crews treated the woman and took her to Homerton Hospital.
