A woman is in hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a Ford Transit lorry in Stamford Hill early this morning.
The 32-year-old pedestrian was struck by the dropside vehicle in Holmleigh Road at about 4.20am and taken to hospital by medics.
Scotland Yard said her injuries are significant but not life-threatening or life-changing.
Stamford Hill was closed between Dunsmore Road and Holmleigh Road while police dealt with the incident. It reopened at about 8.30am.
