Part of a bedroom in a flat in Evering Road was damaged by fire on Thursday night.
Two women and a child, who were able to escape the flat before the London Fire Brigade arrived, were treated for smoke inhalation by the London Ambulance Service.
Two fire engines were sent to the scene at 10.11pm and 14 fire fighters and officers had the blaze under control within half an hour.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
