The body of a 25-year-old man was found near Regent’s Canal in the early hours this morning (Monday).
Police officers made the grim discovery on the canal path of Kingsland Road, near Dunston Road, Haggerston, just after 5.30am.
A Hackney Police spokeswoman told the Gazette that the death is not believed to be suspicious, and added: “Next of kin have been informed and a post mortem will be held in due course.”
