The Victoria Park Community Cricket League saw the record for highest individual score broken by Stepney's Esa Zakir.

Following the retirement at 50 rule set in 2003, Zakir returned to the crease to smash 30 off the last two overs of his side's match against London Tigers to finish unbeaten on 109.

That beat the 103 set in 2018 as Stepney closed on 187-6, but Tigers earned a final-over win thanks to 52 from Sankid Sami.

Old Fallopians beat Anirban, who reached 179-5 as Mahi Mahfuz hit an unbeaten 61, as half-centuries from MD Rahman and Kafh Hasan sealed victory in the 12th over.

There was a quickfire, four-over Vandermark Cup match as Camels Lights struck 52-3, with Dave Sendall getting 20 against Regents, who replied with 41.

Sky Mighty Tigers chased down Rose & Crown's 159-6 in Division One with two overs left, while Regents moved top of Division Five after ending NMCC's unbeaten run.

Regents flew out of the starting blocks, reaching 110 in eight overs thanks to half-centuries from openers David Campbell and Mark Partridge, and closed on 192-3.

Kiran Tailor struck 51 as NMCC finished on 147-4.

Arun Devanga top scored with 41 as Old Monks finished on just 131-6, with openers Vivek Sarohia and Hugo Clay hitting half-centuries as Stokey raced to victory in 13.3 overs.

Phoenix All Stars saw off MUFG in Division Two after dismissing them for just 107.

MUFG collapsed to 80-6, as Saj Rehman took 3-22, before some late defiance from Dipnkar Mondal, but Ramiz Khan (53) led Phoenix to their target in the 13th over.

Pacific maintained their unbeaten run at the top of Division Two by defeating Bansko Bears, who slipped to 117 all out, as Kieran Kumaria and Ollie Meikle (26) top scored.

Kadir Alim's unbeaten 55 led the way as Pacific got home in the 13th over.
