BG United are through to the next round of the Dickie Davies Cup after two goals from Hristo Andonov sealed a 3-2 win over Dynamo Gobbler.

BG held a 2-0 lead after Bilyan Karakashev added to Andonov’s opener, but Gobbler sent the game to extra time with goals from Harry Wells and Thom Feeney, before the league’s top marksman scored his second of the game to seal BG’s progress.

They are joined in the next round by Woodford Rovers, who maintained their winning streak with a closely-fought 3-2 victory over Eastway Olympia.

Goals from Joe Lodge and Felix Pyne helped Bocca Albion beat Tommy Flynn 2-1 despite Jamie Cox’s first for the opposition.

Boroughs United eased into the next round with a 7-0 win over Birkbeck Orient B. Abraham Odofia, Michael Romeo, a hat-trick from David Frost and another two from substitute Dentil Reid completed the scoring.

South London Sharks beat Division Two side Jay Cubed 5-2 as Joe Cridcand scored twice. Ben McNamee, Sam Upton, and Callum Jones were also on target for the Sharks while Patrick Barrett and substitute Asha Dacias replied for Cubed.

In the Hackney & Leyton League Premier Division, there was a 12-goal thriller between two title contenders as Mile End won 8-4 against FC Bartlett.

The game was in the balance with 10 minutes to go as End held a 5-4 lead, but three late goals made the scoreline look a formality for the league leaders.

Andre Paul, Jake Davey and Murphy Duncan all scored braces as Bartlett were defeated for the first time this season.

Shakespeare kept pace with the table-toppers after a 4-1 win over newly promoted Riviera. John Hind scored twice while further strikes from John Gilroy and Doreen John meant Gaz Dauti’s goal for Riviera was nothing more than a consolation.

Mustard claimed their first win of the season with a 4-0 victory over Highfield as goals from Dean Phillips, Alan Hutchins, Joe Seabroke and Myles Lennon completed a comfortable outing.

Top goalscorer Elliot Crosby was again on target as Tottenham Phoenix beat Young London Meteors 1-0 in the one remaining fixture.

In Division One, Wounded Knee kept up their 100 per cent start to the new campaign as two goals from Karim Ehnouiti helped them to a 2-0 win over Bristow City.

Birkbeck Orient A are now level on points with Knee after a 5-3 victory over Athletico Angels. Kiel Mellor, Miles Creevy, Dan Pergirva, George James and Ross Kerwood all found the net as the Angels were brought down to earth.

Bottom of the table Heegan are up and running after winning their first game against high- flying Forest Athletic 2-1 thanks to goals from Khalid Jama and Noor Noor.

Hackney All Stars beat in-form Dynamics 10-1, with top goalscorer Quincy Roberts scoring five to add to Sanchez Daniel’s hat-trick on a day to remember for the All Stars.

In Division Two, FC Stepney maintained their unbeaten start to the season with a 7-4 win over City Fliers. Man of the match Yusaif Olinje scored five, with Darius Freeman and Niall Cashman also on the scoresheet.

Top Red overcame Jack Barry St Germaine 3-2, while Regent’s Park beat FC BKT 3-1 as two goals from Martin Pelummy and a further strike from Jack Drinkwater sealed the points.

In Division Three, James Matthews scored the only goal as Gladstone Wanderers beat Maynell 1-0 – the same scoreline between Stratford Athletic and Wojak Sunday, as Oskar Wynne was on hand to send Stratford up to seventh in the league.

In Division Four, a Tommy Maher hat-trick ensured Eagle FC continued their fine start to the season against Boundary Estate, with Bethune close behind after their 2-1 victory over East London.

A 10-goal thriller saw Wenlock Arms draw a remarkable game 5-5 with Black Borough, with Harry Smith scoring twice for Wenlock in a game that had just about everything.

Charles Akanu-Otu, Jamie Gardner, David Dice, Connor Brown and Mitch Carter were all on target for Borough, but Matthew Dowling, Karl Olaherty and substitute Grant Dove added to Smith’s brace, meaning a share of the spoils.
