Hackney & Leyton League Premier Division champions Phoenix maintained their 12-point lead at the top of the table thanks to Valen McKay’s second-half double in a 2-1 win over Niva-Unistream.
Max Voloshin pulled one back for Niva with five minutes remaining, but it was too little too late as his side’s push for the runners-up spot stuttered with two games left to play.
Black Meteors sit just one point behind and two places above Niva, and they held onto second spot with a 6-3 win over Red Devils.
Simi Obineye scored a hat-trick for the losing side, but Richard Owusu, Maxwell Saifo-Adu and Enoch Boateng all bagged braces for the winners.
Clapton Rangers let a 3-1 half-time lead slip against FC Bartlett, but they recovered to win 4-3 thanks to Michael Filletti, Ashley Taylor-Forbes, Ashley Bennet and Ben Gracey, who all found the net, while Craig Heskey, Lee Henegan and Vincent Williams replied for Bartlett.
FC Polit moved to the top of Division One with a 3-2 win over Lancresse Rangers in their final game.
Tommy Mayers, Joe Elvil and Luke Green got on the scoresheet before Dave Webster and Toks Williams replied for Rangers.
However, Mustard FC look set to claim top spot after Jonathan Roberts and Greg Moorse both struck twice in a 4-1 win over Homerton, leaving them equal on points with Polit with three games in hand.
Tottenham Phoenix kept their hopes of a second-place finish alive with a 4-0 win over Wounded Knee thanks to strikes from Jerome Anglin, Messiah O’Dinma, Menalick Richards and Christian Smith.
Division Two leaders Highfield moved within a point of the title after Michael Abfero, Marcus Renford and David O’Milligan helped their side to a 3-1 win over Azzuri 1, despite Rossi Nutario initially giving the losing team the lead.
Athletico Angels and Forest Athletic shared the points in an entertaining 4-4 draw, with Aaron Johnson grabbing all four goals for Forest – but two apiece from Thomas Brobank and Michael Case levelled the scores.
Walthamstow Village overturned a 2-1 half-time deficit to beat Wenlock Arms 5-3 and clinch the Division Three crown, thanks to a hat-trick from Raymond Richardson.
Angel & Crown secured second spot with a whopping 10-2 victory over fourth-placed Delta Athletic.
Calum Ellis struck four times, while Jack Cassidy and Craig Chapman both found the net twice and Mich Barrett and Matt Golfer completed the rout.
In Division Four, Woodford Rovers edged into second place with a 2-1 win over third-placed Maddigans thanks to Leo Webster’s opener and Kain Lowe’s dramatic last- minute winner, while Wojak Sunday cruised to a 6-1 victory over Maynell.
