Hackney Wick has parted company with manager Tony Ievoli and his management team following a 7-0 defeat to high-flying Basildon United last weekend.
The Wickers appointed Ievoli at the end of November in a bid to help them get away from the relegation zone in the Essex Senior League.
The former Brentwood Town and Woodford Town boss was at the reigns for seven matches, which saw pick up one point from five league matches, suffer a 4-0 defeat to Takeley to crash out of the Gordon Brasted Memorial Trophy.
With one of his brightest moments in charge coming in the Errington Challenge Cup when they drew 3-3 with Southend Manor before winning 4-2 on penalties.
The Wickers will now be on the hunt for their fourth manager of the season as they continue to try scrapping their way off the foot of the Essex Senior League in their inaugural season.

The Forest Gate-based club are set to welcome fourth-place outfit Takeley to The Old Spotted Dog on Saturday (3pm) as they look to end their five game winless run.

The east Londoners currently sit rock bottom, four points adrift of nearest rivals Enfield going into the match.
They go into the match on the back of a heavy 7-0 defeat to promotion hopefuls Basildon United last weekend.
Marcus Bowers put the Bees ahead from the spot and then doubled their lead from 12 yards.
Jack Adlington made it 3-0 at half time but Bowers missed another penalty before Joe Burgess fired a fourth in off the crossbar.
Luke Hornsley reacted quickest to convert a rebound when Basildon’s fourth penalty of the match was saved, before Sam Marsh added a brace to complete the tally.
While, Hackney are also hosting local rivals Sporting Bengal United on Wednesday evening (7.45pm) in the Errington Challenge Cup quarter-final, as they bid to progress into the semi-final where they could come up against mid-table Sawbridgeworth Town.
