FC Krystal inched their way clear of Mile End on goal difference at the top of the Premier Division after putting eight goals past Wounded Knee on Sunday.

Maxim Voloshin struck twice and Bogdan Ikach, Andriy Kyurilyux, Attila Varga and Bogdan Uevchuk were also among the Krystal scorers, while Jason Reid netted a consolation goal for Wounded Knee to leave the final scoreline 8-1.

The result took Krystal, who have won all of their eight league fixtures so far, six goals clear of second-placed Mile End, who were also victorious but rather less comprehensively.

Ricky Edwards and the division’s top scorer Charley Heatley were on target in a 2-1 win over FC Bartlett, with Amor Mclaren replying.

El Valiente’s Aaron Marston moved up to second place in the goalscoring chart, taking his tally to nine goals after hitting a hat-trick in a resounding 6-0 triumph over fourth-placed Tottenham Phoenix. Kane Malone struck twice while Sam O’Brien got the other goal.

Meanwhile, Mustard beat FC Niva 3-2 despite the efforts of Konstantin Tronciu, who scored both of the Niva goals, and Riviera overcame London United Sports 2-1 after a double from Oraldo Kola.

Shakespeare became the latest side to triumph over basement boys London Meteors, winning 4-1 with two strikes from John Gilroy and further efforts from Charles Wells and Michael Christodoulou. Jay Aqua replied for Meteors.

In Division One, Highfield’s lead at the top was reduced as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Dynamics.

Yinka Akinlabi and Tope Olateju twice put the pacesetters ahead but Forhat Bilgili replied on both occasions, netting his second equaliser in the 87th minute.

That gave second-placed Eagle FC the chance to close the gap, and they took it, edging past Brikbeck Orient 3-2 with goals from Tommy Myers, Toyin Goode and Stephen Prince. Mike Parker and Ross Kerwood were on target for Birkbeck.

FC Stepney maintained their chase in third place after beating Bristow City 5-2. Johnny Ashman struck twice and Chris Charles, Sam Cashman and Yusuf Olinjide also got in on the act, while Sam Rolfe and Toby Cannon replied for Bristow.

Brazilian Boys jumped up to fourth after overcoming The Challengers 5-2 with goals from Rafael Medeiros (2), Matheus Eduardo, Willian Rocha and Higor Sima. Denis Richvan and Sabit Mayreem found the net for The Challengers.

At the other end of the table, Kentish Albion secured their first win of the season, beating Athletico Forest – who are immediately above them in the table – 5-1 thanks to a double from Rob Grey and further goals from Ted Maxwell, Andy Negus and Matt Blake. Ben Nworfor scored Forest’s consolation.

Top Red beat Hacquenye 3-1 after a brace from John Barber and a goal from Tom Beardmore. Ferhat Pirpudak struck for the league’s bottom side.

There was only one fixture in Division Two, and Regent’s Park Rovers took the opportunity to jump to the top of the table, beating Tommy Flynn 1-0 thanks to a precious strike from Andrew Hide.

The solitary Division Three encounter between Chelmo Athletic and Waltham Forest United ended goalless – but Boundary Estate beat Wenlock Arms 5-0 to maintain their place at the top of Division Four.

The league’s top scorer Marcio Ceccarelli struck twice to take his tally to 16, while Greg Double, Andrew Calderwood and Anthony Bridger also registered.

Second-placed Eastside Allstars kept up the pressure after overcoming Denne FC 3-1. Joe Falzone netted a brace and Wajid Abdulmalik also scored, while Shane Janvier replied for Denne – and Quinine beat basement boys Birkbeck Orient B 3-1 with goals from Ben Smale (2) and Nathan Holmes. Stew Potter replied for Birkbeck.

There were also a number of cup ties on Sunday, and FC BKT advanced to the third round of the London FA Sunday Junior Cup after triumphing 4-2 over Ground Hoppers thanks to goals from Sonny Mucle, Nick Jones, Ibrahim Buhari and Ivan Pedrasko.

In the first round of the Jack Morgan Cup, Caledonian Park thrashed Bethune 8-1, with Jamie Nichols scoring four times, Daniel Little registering twice and David Dice and Jay Dice also adding their names to the scoresheet. Toby Bland replied for Bethune.

FC 22 beat CP Two 4-3, with Ross McCarthy, Sebastian Walemark and Curwin Hutson scoring the goals for the triumphant side.

In the Jack Walpole Cup, Wenlock Arms, Hacimac, Borough Utd, FC Manor, Bocca Albion and Alchemists all advanced past the first round.
