Hackney-born Sam Maxwell is gearing up for his next fight on the undercard of Josh Warrington’s IBF world featherweight title defence against Carl Frampton on December 22.
Maxwell’s name has been added to a busy Frank Warren promotion at the Manchester Arena, headlined by the fight between two of the best boxers in Britain.
Maxwell’s next opponent is yet to be named, but the super lightweight will be hoping he can earn a 10th straight win since turning pro in 2016.
A former two-time ABA Elite Champion and Commonwealth Games bronze medallist, the 30-year-old also previously represented his country as an amateur in the World Series of Boxing.
