This Saturday (June 13), Idris Elba returns to his homeland for a special edition of his illustrious 7 Wallace parties and we’ve got two tickets to give away.
Named after his old address on Wallace Road, the night will see the Luther and The Wire actor continue his DJing career as he takes over the Oslo for a night of high-end debauchery sound-tracked by himself, Boogie and Shax, with a secret guest to be announced.
Spinning records since the age of 14, Elba is truly at home when he is behind the decks; his history stretches from running pirate radio stations in the ‘90s, co-producing with hip-hop hero Jay Z and now working with grime king Skepta.
To celebrate his homecoming, the Gazette has teamed up with 7 Wallace to give away two free tickets to the night. All entrants have to do is tweet @7wallace_ and @hackneygazette saying ‘I WANT TO WIN.’ Be quick – the winner will be chosen tomorrow (June 12) and contacted via Twitter.
The event runs on Saturday at the Oslo from 9pm until 3pm. Tickets are £15. Visit 7wallace.eventcube.io
