Take a burlesque journey through the ages with Proud Cabaret

Proud Cabaret will take its audiences on a whirlwind through burlesque from the 1920s until now in its new show Decades.

Directed and choreographed by Milo Miles Elkington, promoters say the show promises to bewitch, tease and intrigue, as it sashays through the eras of glamour, swing, jive and rock, celebrating burlesque’s glory days.

Guests will be led through traditional cabaret through to the modern era of neo-burlesque at the newly-refurbished club in the City’s Mark Lane.

The evening will be led by Proud Cabaret’s cheeky compere who will be guiding guests through each decadent decade and imparting the vintage charm of the venue to show goers.

Decades high kicks off its 10-week run next Wednesday. Tickets cost 54 for supper club menu and show ticket, 20 for lounge only seats in the bar area and 10 for standing tickets in the bar area from www.proudcabaret.com
